Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
QHow do I start a return?
Email support@evergreenplumb.shop with your order number and the items you want to return. We reply with a return address and simple instructions.
QHow should I pack the return?
Use the original packaging where possible, keep all parts together, and protect fragile items such as the rain gauge or watering globes.
QWhen do I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect the item, we issue the refund to your original payment method in USD, usually within a few business days. See the full refund policy for details.
QWhich items cannot be returned?
Opened enzyme cleaners, cleaning tabs, filter mesh and any used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they arrived faulty.
