Refund Policy
How returns and refunds work at Evergreenplumb. Unopened goods within 14 days. All refunds are issued in USD.
QCan I return an item?
Yes. Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
QHow do refunds work?
Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund the product price to your original payment method in USD. Original shipping is non-refundable.
QWhat cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened enzyme cleaners, cleaning tabs, filter mesh and any used items cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty.
QMy item arrived damaged. What now?
Email support@evergreenplumb.shop within 14 days with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
QWho pays return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return shipping. For faulty or incorrect items we cover it.
